Bottom of Pipe vs Bottom of Insulation Tags

I would like to be able to place an elevation tag that knows if there is insulation or not and place the correct tag accordingly. If the pipe has insulation, it would place our BOI tag. If it has no insulation, it would place our BOP tag.

same with ductwork. bod should be bottom of duct - not bottom of insulation - on duct AND fittings.
