Hanger Status Change When Hanger Is Moved After Export

Would there be a way to have the coordinates of a hanger be saved to a parameter when it is exported and if the hanger gets moved after that export date, change a status parameter so that we know which hangers will need to be manually drilled versus using the embed that was installed.
