Renumber configuration

We need to start at 1 for all package we make, that could be very interesting if it will be possible to have the option renumber Elements by package name in the User Renumber Settings.
The other way, may be if that is possible to have option of Renumber configuration in the Prefab manager, that could be good. Actually for have access to renumber configuration, we need close the window Prefab Manager and open the renumber configuration, then open Prefab Manager for use renumber.
