OLD SHORTCUTS IN MODIFY CONTEXT TAB

There used to be access to the renumber tool and quick annotation tags. now its completely gone. it was a huge time saver for me. now i have to set up a keyboard shortcut or got to the evolve tab and click on the commands. why did it get removed?
