Crop View to Selected Elements in Spools

If project requirements have site and basepoint far away from the modeling space this causes the tool to not generate views for the spooled elements. For projects that require specific origin and/or shared basepoints; having a far out origin causes all of the automatic functions of the assembly tool to not work, and stops at creating the assembly in the host model. Potentially granting the ability to force the tool to always create views by applying a crop to the views generated either to selected elements or generate an error where the view doesn't get placed on the sheet but the views are still created so that users have the ability to still generate spools with the assemblies created.
