Add to "Outside Diameter" Sleeves when used with Autoplacement
Pipe has a parameter called "Outside Diameter" that provides the True OD of the pipe and not just the nominal diameter provided currently. if this was on the sleeve it would provide even more accurate data to ensure the proper sizing of sleeves since different materials have different OD's and may require different size sleeves.
As far as I can tell the Auto Sleeve Placement is already grabbing multiple pieces of data so this should be a matter of adding 1 more parameter to that list

John C Armstrong MergedWe need the sleeves to be the true outside dimension of either plastic or cast-iron pipe. The sleeve diameters for either of these type sleeves are not the true O.D. of that pipe type. For instance, 10" S40 plastic pipe has an outside diameter of 10.75". The current plastic sleeves have an O.D. of 10.125" This is an issue when placing multiple sleeves adjacent to one another and trying to maintain a true edge to edge dimension between sleeves. (4) sleeves = an overall discrepancy totaling 1.875"
I place sleeves with a minimum of 2" between, so proper sleeve diameter is important.
Thank you for considering this revision. -

Frank S MergedNon-Admin response here and probably not the desired answer but I believe the OD of the sleeve is controlled by the look up tables and you may need to modify those numbers yourself to get the desired result. There is a chance that the eVolve content manager might update them but your best bet would be to manage that yourself

Frank ScottI would like to add on this this. please add the .HostId of the pipe to the sleeve as well because that would allow me to grab the pipe in a Project Macro after the fact and then I would never ask for anything to be added again because I could do it myself
