Tags - Ignore during Renumbering/Point Loading

When using the renumber tool to renumber ductwork a second or third time the feature will not work if there are tags included in the selection set. Yes, you can turn them off in visibility graphics so this is not a problem however that is a "work-around" and can be done more efficiently.
The idea is to have the renumber feature/point load feature etc... ignore tags or annotation while creating a selection set. This will keep the user from having to change the visibility within the view and allow them to see the changes they are making.
