Remove 'number-only-ending' restriction from Pre Fab Package naming

Not sure there is any reason/benefit to restricting PFP names to only end in numbers. This limitation actually impacts our workflows necessitating us to change our package naming structure/format from it's current standard which sometimes ends in letters.
