Add Beam penetration options to the sleeve tool.

Similar to deck and wall sleeves, beam penetrations are necessary. Don't think all the 'functionality' of drilling into the different types of structure are necessary, but the option to specify the structural model to detect the structural elements. Then structure would show in the 'Host Family' drop down and maybe the 'Host Type' defaulted to 'all types'.
