Separate Directories for "Settings" Files

Since eVolve only supports the latest 3 releases of Revit, and with additional features continually being added to eVolve, and with other features being removed, it is important to have separate "settings" files for each major eVolve release. That way our settings will be safe and can still be used on older versions of the software if we have projects that continue to use outdated features.
