Rod Adjustments to Recognize Hangers

The "Rod Adjustments" command needs to recognize trapeze hangers as well as the structure. If we have a clevis hanger that is attached to a trapeze hanger above it, we need the ability to extend the rod further into the trapeze hanger to accommodate the extra rod it will take to properly attach it to the trapeze.
