Rotate Upper Attachments After Placement

Currently the upper attachments are locked on top of the rod after using the "Rod Adjustments" command. This is great, but when it's locked you can't rotate the upper attachment. We need this for things like c-clamps, adjustable beam clamps, etc. Without the correct rotation of the upper attachment, we don't know the correct location of the hanger in relation to the structure. I understand we can unlock the constraints, rotate the upper attachment, and then lock them again, but it would be better if the eVolve "MEP Rotate" command could work with these elements as well.
