Rod Embeds with 0" Embed Depth

When an upper attachment is initially placed using the "Rod Adjustments" command, everything works correctly. But if a user deletes one of those upper attachments and then uses the same command to place a different upper attachment that has a 0" embed depth, the rod does not adjust. This only occurs with upper attachments that have an embed depth of 0". If an embed depth is positive or negative, the upper attachments can be switched out for other ones and the rod will adjust without any issues.
