Add Ability to Use CID 1175 for Rod Embeds

I would like to have the ability to use ITMs in addition to families for rod embeds. Since we have converted a lot of the upper attachments from DWGs to ITMs within AutoCAD, using CID 1175 would allow us to continue using those same ITMs in Revit.
