Apply Default Hanger Specs to Service

I think the hanger settings need to have some additional functionality. Currently, you can create hanger specs based on material OR by service. But I want to be able to create some standard default hanger specs THEN assign them to a particular service.

For instance, we use MSS-SP-58 as our baseline for hanging pipe. This is a widely used standard within the industry. Almost all project spec books refer to this standard and manufacturers of pipe support products build to this standard as well. As a part of this standard, hanger spacing for a particular material is defined, but it also takes into consideration if the pipe will be carrying water or air. I want the ability to create these standard hanger specs based on the tables within MSS-SP-58 and save them for future use in other projects. When I start that new project, I can import those in and then apply some of those standard specs to a single service or multiple services.
