Inherit Scope Box Name

We use scope boxes as a way to assign the level and area of the project to fabrication parts and families. I would like for the fab parts and families to inherit this value automatically. This would be helpful for producing bill of material schedules. For anything that spans across multiple scope boxes, you could just assign it to the one it is in the most.
