Fill Between Two Ends AND Avoid Collisions

It would be helpful to have a tool where you can place two fittings (start and stop points), and when it tried to fill between these two fittings, it would also avoid any collisions. I could see this being used all over the place - corridor mains, runouts to VAVs, med gas headwalls, etc.
