Automate Housekeeping Pad Points

I'd like to be able to automate the placement of points on housekeeping pads as follows:

* Select one or more pads to place points on.
* Select one or more elevations to place the points on (Z direction):

** Top of pad
** Bottom of pad

* Place the points on the corners of the pad (X and Y direction)
* Be able to export the following information into a CSV file:

** Pad thickness
** Description
