Automate Sleeve Points

I'd like to be able to automate the placement of sleeve points as follows:

* Select a single service or multiple services to place points on.
* Select one or more elevations to place the points (Z direction):

** Top of a wall sleeve
** Bottom of a wall sleeve
** Center of a wall sleeve

* Select one or more location to place the points:

** Top of a floor sleeve
** Bottom of a floor sleeve
** Both ends of a wall sleeve

* Place the points on the center line of the sleeve (X and Y direction)
* Be able to export the following information into a CSV file:

** Service abbreviation
** Pipe size
** ITM description
