Automate Pipe Points

I'd like to be able to automate the placement of points on piping as follows:

* Select a single service or multiple services to place points on.
* Select one or more elevations to place the points (Z direction):

** Top of pipe
** Bottom of pipe
** Top of insulation
** Bottom of insulation
** Center line

* Select one or more locations to place the points:

** On open ended pipe
** On all ends of pipe
** On midpoint of fittings

* Place the points on the center line of the pipe run (X and Y direction)
* Be able to export the following information into a CSV file:

** Service abbreviation
** Pipe size
** ITM description
