Revit linked background & gridlines

Need to ability to show Revit linked background and gridlines in the "Elevation Top" view on the spool sheet so that the spool can be dimensioned to the nearest gridlines. The current Evolve MEP "Elevation Top" view is a Detail View which will not support this. Suggest that the Top Views be generated as Plan Views instead of Detail Views so that users have the ability to show Revit Links and/or gridlines in the background
