Settings to detect when to place a single hanger vs strut

Similar to our new settings for Box Outs in Sleeve Settings, we should add an option for users to dictate when to place a single support vs strut.


The options would be similar to
If two runs are closer than say 6" center to center, then place a trapeze to support both. (All customizable of course).


This would take out some of the back and forth between the individual hanger placement and trapeze placement commands.
