Rotate View To Part

As architects create increasingly complex building layouts, it could be helpful to have a command that rotates your view to a selected part orientation. This would allow you to continue to draw using correct polar locks as well as ensure you are penetrating walls flush.

This feature would not replace the need for view templates, scope boxes, etc, but instead would be a simple one-off tool to use as needed.
