Add the ability to ESC out of an entire filter selection at a prompt for value.

Currently if you have a rule that has multiple "And" conditions that prompt for value, and you decide to quit out of the filter, you have to escape or cancel out of every prompt. You should be able to escape or choose the "X" to cancel the entire filter.
