Bearer Rounding needs to ensure that rod placement is 1" increments from end of bearer

If you use the extension grip on a bearer to lengthen it, then use the bearer rounding tool it will extend the bearer to the next 2" increment in length, but it should also move the rod so that it is at a 1" increment from the end of the bearer. Otherwise, the rod is placed where there is no slot in the unistrut.
in the example below, it should have moved the rod to be at 7"
