Re-Attach Hanger to Element

I would like to see a way to re-attach hangers to a piece of pipe or an element, for when the element gets deleted/altered, the hanger detaches and moves on its own. This does happen sometimes following an RFI or revisions, after we have numbered the hangers and trimbled.

Currently if we want the hanger connected back we need to place a new hanger and number it to what the previous hanger was, so future bom's or trimble files are not messed up.

I think it should work similar to Connect Elements, where you would click on the hanger then click on the pipe and it connects, adjusts to size and insulation and moves with the pipe from then on. If possible it would be nice to be able to do this with several hangers to one pipe/element at once.
